What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product series and the level of customization. For our concrete outdoor wall lights, standard colors start at 50 pieces per model, and custom colors, logos or packaging start at 100 pieces. Mixed colors are accepted within one order. For other series, the MOQ is confirmed in your quotation.

Do you offer OEM and ODM customization?
Yes. From your sketches (OEM) to our original designs (ODM), TENSENG customizes logo, color, size, lighting functions and private-label packaging. How large is the TENSENG factory?
The TENSENG factory in Zhongshan covers 5,000 m² and has a monthly production capacity of over 100,000 pieces. The full manufacturing chain is in-house, from design and mold making to casting, polishing and finishing, final assembly, and inspection and testing. You can see it on our factory tour.
What are the sample and bulk lead times?
Bulk orders of TENSENG gypsum and concrete lighting generally take 20–35 days, depending on order quantity. For concrete outdoor wall lights, samples usually ship within 7–10 days; bulk orders for standard models are completed 20–30 days after deposit, and custom OEM/ODM orders take 25–40 days, depending on mold and finish requirements.
What warranty do TENSENG products carry?
All TENSENG products come with a warranty of more than 3 years. If a product is defective, we replace it free of charge, and we provide professional guidance for any installation questions after the sale.
Can I order samples, and what do they cost?
Yes. Sample costs are charged upfront and are credited against the payment when you place a formal order. Include the model, color and quantity in your sample request.
What are your payment and trade terms?
Payment is a 50% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment. We support FOB, EXW, FCA, CIF and other common trade terms, and can assist with freight and import cost calculations.
What certifications do your lights have?
Our concrete outdoor wall lights are CE/RoHS compliant in their standard electrical versions, with UL/ETL-certified versions available for North America and SAA versions for Australia. Certificates for each model are available on request.
Product and Installation Questions
No. Our gypsum and concrete products are packed in export-standard cartons and drop-tested to simulate vibration, stacking and handling drops during transportation. Carton quantity, gross weight and HS code can be provided per order.
Installation is simple, and every product comes with an instruction manual. Our concrete outdoor wall lights are surface-mounted on the wall. Installation drawings can be provided for electrical contractors on request.
For models with replaceable light sources (such as GU10 or E14), bulbs are optional: we can supply them with the order, or you can source them locally to match your preferred color temperature and dimming. Models with integrated LED, such as the TX33028 linear wall light, need no bulbs.
Yes. Our concrete outdoor wall lights carry an IP65 rating, which means they are dust-tight and protected against water jets, so they can be installed on exposed exterior walls.
Yes. IES photometric files and installation drawings can be provided on request for lighting designers and electrical contractors.
